DAY 2: July 2 — New Mercies for New Ground

Scripture:
“It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning:” — Lamentations 3:22–23 (KJV)

The Message:
Sometimes the hardest thing to believe after a difficult season is that God still has something fresh ahead of you.

Pain has a way of making everything feel stale. Repetitive. Heavy.

But God’s mercy does not run on yesterday’s supply.

Every morning carries fresh grace.

Fresh strength.

Fresh compassion.

Fresh help.

What you needed to survive yesterday may not be what you need today. God knows that. That is why He meets you daily.

You do not have to drag old burdens into new ground.

His mercy is already waiting where your feet are headed.

The Pathway Step:
Start today by thanking God for fresh mercy before you ask Him for anything else.

Prayer:
Father, thank You that Your mercies are new this morning. Help me release yesterday’s weight and walk into today with fresh trust. Let me recognize Your hand in every step. In Jesus’ name—Amen.
